Sam is absolutely wonderful. He cleaned my carpet after flooding that made half my room unusable. Our household needs fragrance free and chemical free carpet cleaning products on our carpet because we have asthma and allergies. He was willing to clean our carpets with vinegar and he did an amazing job. He was understanding and empathetic toward people with chemical sensitivity and flushed his carpet cleaner for us. He went out of his way to assist us in our serious situation. We deeply appreciated his assistance and our health has improved since he cleaned our carpets. Vinegar kills mold, bacteria and other pathogens as well. Thank you, Sam! The service you provided meant and lot to mom and I. We highly recommend him for any of your carpet cleaning needs.

The service was amazing not only was the technician Sam thorough but he was fast. My wife was concerned about the service taking all afternoon but he was in and out in 30 minutes. He was also as nice to move my appointment forward so my newborn can sleep!!!! Thanks again guys!!
